In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these defined terms will help you understand your rights and obligations as a tipobet account holder.

Access to tipobet is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. tipobet operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18 years. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be registered in the Player's own name and used solely by that registered individual.
• You have not previously had a tipobet account suspended, terminated, or closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent conduct.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of an employee of tipobet or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You are of sound mind and registering of your own free will, without coercion or undue influence from any third party.

tipobet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any Player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a Bangladeshi government authority. Where a Player cannot or does not provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period, tipobet may suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Minors who gain access to tipobet through misrepresentation of their age will have their accounts immediately terminated. Any winnings accumulated during such use will be forfeited in full, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method where practically possible.

To access any real-money features of tipobet — including placing bets, purchasing lottery tickets, or playing casino games — you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered account on tipobet. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, tipobet will close all but the earliest-registered account, confiscate any bonus funds across all accounts, and may withhold withdrawal requests pending an investigation into potential abuse.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tipobet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tipobet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available free of charge to all registered Players. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have promptly notified tipobet of an unauthorised access event.

Account Information Updates: You must keep your account information current. If your contact details, residential address, or payment method information changes, you must update your tipobet account profile promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or difficulties in account recovery.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. tipobet may apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳100 per month to inactive accounts once the 12-month threshold has been reached, deducted from any remaining real-money balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee.

tipobet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your tipobet wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect in your account balance. tipobet does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. To prevent money laundering, tipobet may require a Player to wager at least the deposited amount once before a withdrawal request is approved. Withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM BST are processed the same business day. Requests received after this cut-off time are processed the next business day.

Payment Method Verification: tipobet may require you to verify that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your own name. You must not use a payment account belonging to another person to fund your tipobet wallet. Use of third-party payment accounts is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension.

Currency: All balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction amounts on tipobet are denominated exclusively in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote Bangladeshi Taka. tipobet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion services are offered on the Platform.

Refused Transactions: tipobet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, tipobet will notify the Player where legally permissible and will cooperate with any relevant authorities.

All bets placed on tipobet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, slots, circle games, or lottery. These product-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Sportsbook: Bets placed on sporting events are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket markets, this includes results as declared by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as applicable. In the event of an incomplete match, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the tipobet sportsbook page.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play markets are available on selected events during live action. tipobet reserves the right to suspend or remove in-play markets at any time at its discretion. Bets already accepted prior to a market suspension will be honoured subject to the standard settlement rules.

Casino Games: All casino games on tipobet — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — use independently verified random number generators (RNG) or physical dealing equipment monitored in real time. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Voided Bets: tipobet reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to a manifest error, including but not limited to: obviously incorrect odds, system errors, data feed failures, or human input errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's wallet. tipobet will not honour winnings arising from manifest errors regardless of the payment status of the transaction.

Maximum Winnings: A maximum single-transaction payout cap may apply on certain markets and game types. Where applicable, the maximum payout limit is displayed on the relevant betting market or game page. tipobet reserves the right to withhold any winnings that exceed the published maximum payout limit for a given market or game.

tipobet offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day. The availability, terms, and conditions of each individual promotion are published on the relevant promotional page of the Platform.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded to a Player are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies. Only wagers placed with real-money funds count towards clearing a bonus wagering requirement unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first deposit only. Existing Players are not eligible for welcome bonus offers. tipobet reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are enrolled in a responsible gaming restriction programme are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses.

Bonus Abuse: tipobet employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting promotional terms across multiple accounts, or withdrawing funds before wagering requirements are met. Where bonus abuse is identified, tipobet reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and may suspend the Player's account.

Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of their own bonus entitlements.

Players must use tipobet in good faith and in compliance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on tipobet, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during the registration or KYC verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any part of the Platform, including the sportsbook, casino games, or the lottery system.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or event available on tipobet.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using tipobet to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds with no genuine intention of gambling.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or is not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction or self-exclusion measure, whether applied voluntarily or by tipobet.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing tipobet staff or other Players via any communication channel connected to the Platform.
• Accessing tipobet from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited, through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other IP-masking technology.

tipobet cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to any suspected criminal activity, including money laundering, fraud, and underage gambling. Player data may be disclosed to the relevant authorities in accordance with tipobet's legal obligations.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request the closure of their tipobet account at any time by contacting customer support at support@tipobet. Before a closure request is processed, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their preferred payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent. A self-exclusion once applied cannot be reversed until the minimum exclusion period has elapsed. For permanent self-exclusion, the account is closed definitively.

Suspension by tipobet: tipobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Use of a prohibited payment method or account belonging to a third party.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful towards tipobet staff or other Players.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate account restriction or closure.

Where an account is closed by tipobet due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any bonus funds, pending bonuses, or winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money funds that were deposited in good faith and are not subject to any fraud investigation may be returned at tipobet's discretion following a review.

tipobet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform, tipobet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tipobet's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

tipobet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of business opportunity, or any other intangible loss, even if tipobet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

tipobet shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure results from any cause beyond tipobet's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit tipobet's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

tipobet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal processing rules, bonus eligibility criteria, or the definition of prohibited conduct — tipobet will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their account.

Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability, may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will be revised each time any amendment is made.

It is your responsibility as a registered Player to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. Your continued use of tipobet following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amended terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on tipobet, constitute the entire agreement between you and tipobet in respect of your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
